You are here because you have completed the requirements for the Fitrah-Focused Coach Certification program.

CONGRATULATIONS!

It is my vision to keep all our certified mentors together as a community, so that we can have a greater impact on the world as a collective than we may individually. I have put together an alumni membership with includes many benefits for you in your personal and professional development moving forward.

Being a member does not stop you from building your own business or community projects. In fact, I encourage you to do so.

If you have any questions or have challenges joining, please reach out so that we can discuss them, in sha Allah.

What is included?

Weekly Alumni Sessions

What you can anticipate from these sessions is:

Ongoing Training: Deepen your understanding of the Fitrah-Focused Psychological Paradigm with teaching predominantly delivered by Kathryn and occasional guest presenters.
Mentoring Experience Reflections: Developing our reflective practice and honing Fitrah-Focused mentoring and coaching skills through reflective, individual and group reviews.
Celebration of Success: A supportive community to share successes, cheer you on when you take bold moves forward and holds space for you through the challenging times.
Business & Community Mentorship: Sales and marketing tips and techniques to build a thriving business or community.

NB: Sessions are weeks 1 - 4 of the month - no sessions in week 5

Weekly Coaching with Kathryn

The purpose of the Coaching with Kathryn session is:

Personal Coaching: A space to be coached through any personal or professional challenges. All stuck thinking welcome!
Reflective Observation: Observe coaching in action, not just to benefit from the personal shifts but to also be inspired to help others by modeling the ways participants are coached during the session.

NB: Sessions are weeks 1 - 4 of the month - no sessions in week 5

Participation in the Annual Conference

The benefits of being a united collective of mentors and coaches at the annual We R all OK Conference are:

Collective Authority: As a collective we have more authority and impact, building our presence and reputation on a global scale.
Individual Authority: Build your individual authority by being associated as part of the Back to the Fitrah community, as well as being able to utilise the conference platform to share your own work and links to your email list or group.
Reward from Allah: Through serving our Ummah at a global level, we each bring benefit to those in emotional and spiritual need. Every year we get feedback from individuals who have found relief from the talks and discussions that they listened to.

Promote to the Back to the Fitrah Audience

We offer ways in which you can promote what you are doing to the Back to the Fitrah audience of over 10K:

What's On Page: List any in-person or online events, challenges or opportunities you are offering, whether professionally or personally, on our What's On Page.
Weekly What's On Email: Have your events, challenges or opportunities promoted to our email list in our weekly What's On Email.
We R all OK Facebook Group: Promote your work and engage with our audience, building connections in the We R all OK Facebook Group.

Become a Certified Facilitator

Opportunity to become certified to run the Back to the Fitrah Programs in-person in your own community, this includes facilitating:

Peaceful Parenting
Peaceful Hearts
Back to the Fitrah for Kids
Other programs as they emerge

NB: The online version of these programs will continue to be run through Back to the Fitrah. As a certified facilitator, you will be licensed to run the programs in-person keeping 100% of the income generated. Initial training fee applies for certification applies.

Volunteer in the Inner Circle

Build your skills and your confidence as an educator, mentor and coach by becoming a facilitator in the Back to the Fitrah Inner Circle for the Q&A Support Sessions or Masterclasses. A ready-made audience, with guidance and support, so you can become a competent, confident and calm coach!
